Spooky Swap Meet is a highly curated flea market with the focus on sales of vintage, gently used and/or previously owned Halloween decor, props, costumes, furnishings, collectibles and creepy antiquities.

Included in the price of each ticket are trick or treat stops at the historic manors which will be decked out for the Spooky occasion!
New for 2022 is our VIP "Ghost Getter" ticket level. These are the 10-11am slots on both Saturday and Sunday. Priced at $25, each Ghost Getter will also receive a limited edition soft-enamel logo pin!
IMPORTANT INFO Tickets are timed (top of each hour) and entry is limited. Masks are optional in any indoor or outdoor space. Entry conditions may change according to Covid 19 regulations at time of the event (including mask mandates for outdoor events). Please be prepared to show vaccination proof or negative covid test results only IF it is required at the time of the event. If this is not needed at the time, it will not be required. Refunds will not be issued due to changing Los Angeles County or CA State regulations regarding events at any point after April 15, no exceptions.
The designated timed entry slots refer to the one hour window you have in which to enter the event-Time will not be limited once in the event unless capacity is reached. We have planned accordingly in hopes this will not happen. You DO need to enter during your one hour time slot of your purchased ticket however, not before.
A portion of all ticket sale proceeds will go directly to Heritage Square Museum to assist in maintenance and renovation of this historical Los Angeles treasure.
Free admission for infants (12 months and younger) only.
Limited, free parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Neighborhood parking is also available except on Homer St. - DO NOT park on Homer St.
